David H. Koch Theater

David H. Koch Theater, located at 20 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York City, opened in 1964 as the New York State Theater. It was renamed in 2008 following a significant donation from philanthropist David H. Koch. The theater is known for its elegant design by architect Philip Johnson and serves as the home of the New York City Ballet and the former home of the New York City Opera. It features state-of-the-art facilities, including a spacious auditorium and advanced stage technology. The David H. Koch Theater is a central venue at Lincoln Center, hosting world-class performances and contributing to New York City’s vibrant cultural scene. Read more about Theater and Dance.
